Students may take up to 2 semesters of clinic; students who complete 2 semesters of clinic may count the clinic as 2 of their 5 elective courses.

Students must complete an extensive research paper on an environmental law or policy topic approved by the concentration advisor. This requirement may be satisfied by completing an approved Senior Research Project or a seminar or course (approved as part of the concentration) with the Research Writing attribute.
