KOREAN 125-1 Korean II - Accelerated (1 Unit) First-quarter course of the accelerated sequence for students with existing proficiency in speaking/listening skills (beginner-high/intermediate-low) and more limited reading/writing skills (beginner-low/mid) in Korean. It focuses on the development of students’ literacy skills to balance with their oral skills through various literacy and cultural activities. This course condenses the Korean 111-1, 111-2, and 111-3 sequence into one quarter. Prerequisite: Consent of the department.
KOREAN 125-2 Korean II - Accelerated (1 Unit) "Second-quarter course of the accelerated sequence for students with existing proficiency in speaking/listening skills (intermediate-low/mid) and more limited reading/writing skills (beginner-mid/high) in Korean. It focuses on the development of students’ literacy skills to balance with their oral skills through various literacy and cultural activities. KOREAN 399-0 Independent Study (1 Unit) For students who have advanced with distinction beyond the regular course offerings in Korean. Prerequisite: consent of department.
